GIUDECCA – VENEZIA

The project involves some ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions on the unit located on the second floor of the building located on the Giudecca island, overlooking the Fondamenta di Sant’Eufemia and Rio Ponte Piccolo.

The building is spread over three levels:

1st level: ground floor;
2nd level: second floor;
3rd level: attic / attic.

The main north facade is characterized (on the second floor) by three openings: bifora and two monofore rectangular and an “corner” balcony in Istrian stone, which allows a view to the north and east.

On the east facade there is the other portion of an “corner” balcony in Istrian stone with a single lancet window and three other rectangular openings.

The façade towards Calle dei Spini instead has four rectangular openings, of which the first two towards Canale della Giudecca, are buffered.

In the roof plan, more precisely in the eastern pitch, there is a roof terrace.

Among the various interventions carried out there are slight internal changes to the distribution system, maintenance interventions on the internal finishes, plant adaptation works, replacement of internal doors and windows and restoration of access door, painting of walls and ceilings, installation of heating and cooling system for all the third floor.
