Il Cubo

The restoration of the emblem of the Lupa of Lecce in Piazza Sant’Oronzo took place in order to avoid the negative impact that a construction site has on the context in which it is inserted.
In this way we have provided for a characterization of the construction site with a communication campaign (AverCura) about the works in progress at the time: in short, “the Cube” has become a qualifying element of the construction site.

The fence that delimited the construction site for the restoration of the Lupa emblem in Piazza Sant’Oronzo in Lecce was an opportunity for communication.

In summary, the Cube was painted completely with white lime in thickness and illuminated in the evening from bottom to top.

So the goal was to generate a primitive parallelepiped on whose faces a “communication” was affixed: “AverCura, that is, a message of care and attention for the city.
